I'm an Indonesian-born Design Researcher (UX), Service Designer, and Design Strategist based in New York City. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design.
My design practice revolves around translating sharp insights I've gathered to inspire and drive transformation in organizations by facilitating changes in products, services, programs, processes, and the way people relate with each other in relevant organization context.
I have worked with both major tech companies and small startups in Southeast Asia (Traveloka and Kargo Technologies are two of them), as well as worked with other organizations and communities outside of the tech industry. I’m familiar working as a part of interdisciplinary teams of professionals as well as being an individual thinker and maker. However, I thrive best by working with people.
My experiences help me see design as a process of rendering intentions with care. Therefore I approach my practice with curiosity and patience. I believe in the beauty of the emergent element of design, especially when it happens while we collaborate with others who also care.
Outside work, I spend most of my time by reading, observing people, (trying) to get better at pilates, and playing The Sims.

My practice takes the form of
Exploring real-world issues through creative research methods, aiming to elevate new awareness and framing opportunities that inspire actions
Fostering shared ownership by empowering diverse stakeholders to contribute their ideas through facilitation of collaborative processes
Facilitating changes on the backstage process by working with the complexity of structures and systems of a service in order to improve its quality and the interaction between service provider and the users
Utilizing a combination of artistic creativity and practical design principles to create meaningful and impactful experiences
