I'm a Design Researcher (UX), Service Designer, and Design Strategist with 7+ years of experience designing for high-impact, cross-industry projects. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design.

I leverage behavioral insights and creative design interventions to facilitate digital products, programs, services, and system-wide transformations.

I drive strategic problem-solving by breaking down organizational silos, framing communications, and enabling conditions for collaborations.

What I do

Research, (re)frame, and make sense of patterns
I believe in taking sufficient time to see multiple perspectives and understand what cause the problems. I work with multi-methods and multidisciplinary design research methods to find insights and reframe them into opportunities that elevate new awareness.
Group facilitation and
participatory co-creation
I work by understanding the nuances of group dynamics. I’ve designed workshops and activities that allows people to collaboratively solve problems they’re facing in their product, services, or teams. I build bridges, connect people, and hold space for conversations as well as ideas exchange to unravel.
Connect the dots & enable conditions for collaboration
With an understanding in behavioral science, culture, business, and technology, I design conditions using approaches from service design and organizational design to enable collaboration and transformation in organizations and communities.
